   1. Main application

Full hardness(HRC52-54)plastic moulds with high polishing and long service life requirements, such as Bakelite plastic moulds, Tin,lead,Zn and Al alloy die casting mould(such as engine radiator, lights and other decoration products), Aluminum extruded moulds(such as Aluminum window frame, computer radiator), hot forging moulds(such as car connecting bar, crank, stainless dinner knife), Cu alloy extruded, die casting moulds.

DISCRIPTION:

H13 is the hot work tool steel with good toughness and high temperature resistance.It also owns excellent cutting and polishing performance. After Electro-slag remelting, the quality is much better.This grade has found wide acceptance for  extrusion dies for aluminum, zinc and copper, die casting molds, forging dies and hot shear blades.It is also an excellent steel for plastic molds.
